OUR PROCESSES

Thank you for considering breezewayhouse for your future build.
Below you will find a brief description of our processes.

	DESIGN PHASE After your initial meeting with Darren, one of our Designers will be in contact with you They will work with you at your pace to design your home You will be offered a 3D walk through of your new home This phase requires a deposit for completely custom designs. Modification of our designs is at no cost! (conditions apply)
	QUOTING PHASE Once you are satisfied with the design it will be quoted This process can take up to 2 weeks Your quote will last for 3 months On acceptance of the quote you will pay an initial deposit P2 to progress to the next stage
	CONTRACT PHASE This stage is where you choose everything for your house, guided by our Client Services Manager On completion of selections your initial quote will be adjusted accordingly You are now ready to sign a fixed price contract This process can take 4-6 weeks
	CONSTRUCTION PHASE After signing the contract your construction plans are now ready to be sent to Council for approval This process usually takes 4-6 weeks and we will keep in contact with you during this time Once your house is ready to start you will be in the hands of our Project Manager, who will liaise with you during the build and offer you regular on-site visits
