A modern Hamptons-style home built on a wider block with an upward slope in the suburb of Holland Park. The design cleverly uses the terrain of the block to split the house into zones. The main living spaces are in the middle level, which opens out to the backyard and the pool; with the Master bedroom and office space also on this level. The remaining bedrooms are separated on the top level with a spare bedroom on the lowest level.
